△Drug discovery, molecular modeling, and pharmacovigilance at scale
△Target identification, compound screening, and ADMET prediction pipelines
Methodology
Start from ground truth. Question every assumption. If you cannot derive it from fundamentals, you do not understand it.
Everything is connected. Find the leverage points. Optimizing a component does not optimize the system.
Ship fast, learn faster. Iterate relentlessly. The goal is not a perfect plan — it is a shorter feedback loop.
I am Devangshu Mitra — a Healthcare AI Product Manager at HCLTech, where I lead 10+ AI and GenAI products across clinical trials, MedTech, and BioPharma.
